Kyla is a 21-year-old Canadian Graphic Designer, Digital marketer, Professional Writer for country music, film & tv. She has worked alongside artists such as the 2019 ACMA “Rising Star of the Year” award-winning Albertan artist Ryan Lindsay. In addition to working for Don Carmody Television Inc, which she has worked on numerous released and upcoming television projects. Also, she has been featured in “50+ faces of Vanier College” for her academic and professional accomplishments so far in her career.
Some of her key skills are working with a variety of Graphic Design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe AfterEffects Also, she is proficient in social media platforms such as Hootsuite, Planoly, and Airtable. She believes that to be a successful digital marketer you are constantly learning and growing. So, she makes sure to stay ahead of the design trends and the current digital marketing techniques.

One of the main ones to start is how to network online when you want to approach them about your services. She understands the intimidating approach of putting yourself out there to people you do not know online. The best advice she states is to treat it like you would meeting someone in person. She states, “Stop seeing people as potential followers and start seeing them as people.” Once you do that not only does the flow of the conversation become more real so does the connection. They might genuinely want to help you grow your business or try your product, and possibly a potential customer singing your praises. “It is all about believing in what you are selling that will make someone believe in you.” This is what will give you loyalty for your brand, and make you a presence in your digital marketing strategy.
