Finding your own Power
Standing up for yourself and making yourself step into your power can be difficult. Especially when you feel the need to accomplish different things during the day. How do we find the courage to stand up for ourselves, and make time for the things that will make us happy? What can we do to find that inner strength? We all have that power within us to be able to say, “it’s ok to put me first.” It can allow you time to regroup and become our most authentic selves. Today on the Crushing Chaos Podcast Brit Nicole talks about stepping into your power and using that power to make time for yourself.
Brit Nicole is a certified leadership and resilience life coach who helps women and caregivers of those with PTSD to step into their power and find balance with all of life’s responsibilities. She came into this journey as a wife to a Combat army veteran, mom, and business owner. She is also the creator and host of two podcasts “Stepping into Power” and “You, Me, and PTSD.” The podcast “You, Me, and PTSD,” offers comfort to show other spouses/caregivers that they are not alone in their journeys as a caregiver. “Stepping into Power” offers empowerment for women to give them a platform to share their own journeys how they stepped into their own power.
Brit Nicole offers mindset coaching for those feeling burnt out on life’s many responsibilities. As a professional coach, she understands that even the strongest of us can feel unhappy with their current life journey. Maybe we just need that initial push to step outside of our comfort zones, and make that initial change? It is all a balance act, and through her private coaching, she ensures you find that courage to step into your own power. She has the personal experience of knowing these challenges of balancing those many aspects of life. Brit Nicole’s main mission is to find that happiness, listen to their own inner voices, and create that space for themselves.
Today on the Crushing Chaos Podcast, Brit Nicole starts with her own path to realize that something was missing on her life journey. It got to the point where she told her husband, “I love you, I want to be with you, but I can’t live with that.” Stepping to that power being able to stand up for herself empowered to express that she needed to make some changes in her life. She was working a job she hated, and it was making her seriously unhappy juggling all these responsibilities. She made this into life by going into life coaching empowering her clients to step into their own powers. To give herself the grace to put herself first was a gamechanger that the best advice she can give a person is. “you are the only person you need to live with the rest of your life, so put yourself first.”
